Areas of Focus

  • Debriefs offer a structured way for management groups to process challenges, build understanding, and reconnect. Each session is tailored to your team’s unique emotional, psychological, and physical work demands—factors that can make it hard to reflect in real time. Debriefs are available virtually or in person to help teams:

    • Gain closure, relief, and reconnection

    • Identify strengths, challenges, & skill sets

    • Connect outside daily work demands

    • Break miscommunication cycles

    • Prevent or relieve burnout

    • Reduce staff turnover

  • These 3-hour (half-day) virtual or in-person sessions help managers recognize when staff may need mental health support and integrate well-being into workplace practices. The training builds confidence and equips leaders with tools to:

    • Understand how poor mental health affects teams

    • Confidently start conversations with struggling employees

    • Address stress and burnout proactively

    • Use active listening and empathy

    • Connect staff to appropriate supports

    • Spot early signs of mental health concerns

  • Delivered by trained professionals, these sessions offer psycho-social support in the first 12–48 hours after a crisis—either virtually or in person. Facilitators help normalize stress responses, introduce coping strategies, and connect employees to further support. Sessions help:

    • Normalize emotional and behavioral responses

    • Identify coping strategies and resources

    • Reduce emotional tension

    • Mitigate long-term impacts

    • Stabilize individuals or teams

    • Facilitate psychological closure

    • Foster resilience

  • Give your employees access to a counsellor who understands the unique workplace stressors and context of the tourism and hospitality industry as well as remote working environments. Staff can conveniently book video or phone counselling sessions at times that fit their schedule:

    • Provide psychosocial support, emotional processing, and coping strategies

    • Lower rates of burnout amongst your team

    • Improve productivity within your staff

    • Foster a culture of mental wellness

    • Improve staff retention
